Shipping

We ship to the regions shown in the country selector at checkout. Most orders leave the studio within 3 business days; tracked transit time depends on the destination and the carrier.

  • Domestic: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Elsewhere: 10–20 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Returns

If something arrives damaged, defective, or simply not what you wanted, email us within 14 days of delivery. We will either replace it, repair it, or refund it — whichever makes sense for the object.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them, with the original packaging where possible. We pay return shipping for anything that was our mistake.

Custom and made-to-order

Custom work and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will always tell you which is which before you check out.
